I also get the feeling that the life cycle of a meme is speeding up. It’s only a couple of days since you posted this, but I already feel like the world’s moving on from the Kanyefying thing.

Let’s hope not! You know, I showed it to some folks who are not so involved with the consumer side of social media and it was new to them. But they interpreted it in a different way.
